The Feminine Grace List

Life can be difficult and filled with lots of stress. If single, marrying a good, masculine man will ensure our femininity stays high. Under a husband's protection and provision we can be our happy, feminine selves. Oh and I am well aware that marriage is hard work and can make you a Negative Nancy too. The BIG difference is that when the calm comes, married women have a lover. Single gals (who date for marriage) have a pillow.

But whatever your marital status, the list that follows is a guide to keep you positive, smiling and deliciously feminine* when anger, sadness or stress try to make you their servant...

1.       Take a bubble bath, complete with calming music and fragrant incense or candles
2.       Go for a walk or jog : fresh air works wonders for our minds,  bodies, and spirits
3.       Drink a glass (or two!) of wine
4.       Watch a comedy
5.       Cry (Many try to deny their emotions but we are feminine women so emotions are our strength! When upset or overwhelmed, go away into a room or your car  to cry, scream, yell, pout, fuss or whatever) After some time, breathe deeply so you can return to yourself. Once your fit is done, return to whatever you were doing. Feel your feelings, but don’t wallow. Feminine women are emotional, not pitiful!
6.       Say affirmations ( when we change our thinking, our results change too)
7.       Pray. Meditate. Visualize. Repeat
8.       Breathe deeply.
9.       Read 15-25 pages of positive material (book, articles, etc)
10.    Get out of the house! Your frustrations may stem from lack of a social life: date, organize a girls’ night out, hit up a networking event (and flirt!), have a family date night with your children, surf the web while at a local café, skip your routine spot for lunch and try some place new, take a Salsa class
11.    Get a pedicure
12.    Get a manicure
13.    Nurture someone.
14.    Ensure you are getting 8 hours of sleep nightly
15.    Listen to 528 hz ( music and sounds at this frequency produce feelings of peace and love in the listener)
16.    Fix your hair (wash it, condition it, deep condition it, then style it!). Take selfies and post online when done
17.    Send pretty selfies to men you’re dating/who like you. Their adoration will lighten your mood.
18.    Ask for help (you are a damsel in distress NOT a strong, independent woman. Please stop trying to be the leader and ask for help)
19.    Visit the water. Sitting by the lake, swimming laps in a pool,  or wading in the ocean is a great way to relieve stress and return to our happy, feminine selves
20.    Connect with a pet. It’s hard to be a grouch while rubbing your pooch’s tummy. Not a pet owner? Stop by your local pet store
 21. Grab a friend and head to the local farmer’s market. Outside + tasty food choices + lots of people (including very eligible men) + quality time with a good friend = a happier you. Wear a dress and get your feminine grace on!
Beware: Emotional eating. It’s not worth it
